The Circular Flooring project aims to establish a circular recycling process for post-consumer PVC floor coverings. Within the project, the CreaSolv® Recycling Process is further developed to separate the PVC resin from legacy plasticisers and to recover both material streams for new products.
Circular Flooring is funded under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. The consortium of eleven partners from industry and research is coordinated by the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV.
